Appreciating her voice, Rahul then showed his skills in aikido — a Japanese martial art — using a simple step that forced a boy to the ground.
This was instantly followed by a challenge by a girl for 15 push ups that he instantly accepted. Rahul completed the task before she could finish half the number and stopped. In a counter challenge, he asked her for one-handed push ups and showed one.
He attributed the secret of his fitness to many years of running, swimming, cycling and martial arts and taking less rice and chapatti and more protein.
“I am not that fit. Only medium fit (now),” he chuckled tapping his abdomen.
